本政策仅覆盖 play.stellatrix.icu 的预约页与邮箱名单收集流程。游戏本体（rpg-roleplay.stellatrix.icu）在公测时另行发布独立政策。

1. 我们收集什么

• 预约邮箱：你在表单里填的邮箱地址。
• 提交元数据：提交时刻的时间戳、IP 地址、浏览器 User-Agent、当前选择的语言（中/EN）。
• 本地偏好：你的语言选择被存在浏览器的 localStorage（键名 rpg.lang）以便下次打开记住。这是浏览器本地的，我们的服务器看不到。

我们 不 设置广告/分析 cookie，不接 Google Analytics、不打 pixel。

2. 用来做什么

• 公测开放时给你发一封邀请邮件。
• 识别异常提交、限制单 IP 的请求频次（反垃圾）。
• 统计预约总数（聚合数字，不识别个人）。

合法基础：你主动提交邮箱表达的同意，以及我们运营网站的正当利益。

3. 谁会接触到

数据存储在我们位于美国弗吉尼亚（Cloudflare 美东节点 + 自建后端 ECS）的服务器上。第三方处理者只有：

• Cloudflare（CDN / DNS / TLS）
• Resend（用于公测时一次性发出邀请邮件）

我们 不 出售你的数据。仅在法律强制要求时才会披露。

4. 数据保留

• 公测邀请邮件发完后 90 天，我们会清除原始 IP / User-Agent 元数据，只保留邮箱本身用于"是否已邀请"判定。
• 你主动退订后，邮箱与所有相关元数据在 30 天内从主库与备份中删除。

5. 你的权利

• 访问 / 更正 / 删除你的邮箱记录：发邮件到 [email protected]。
• 退订：在落地页底部点"退订"按钮，或在邀请邮件里点退订链接。
• GDPR / 英国 GDPR / CCPA 适用范围内，你拥有上述权利的法定版本。

6. 国际数据传输

数据在美国境内处理。如果你从欧盟 / 英国提交，传输基于 SCCs 进行。

7. 安全

传输使用 TLS 1.2/1.3。后端存储位于访问受控的私有网络。我们尽合理努力，但任何互联网传输都不能保证 100% 安全。

8. 未成年人

本服务不面向 13 岁以下用户。如果你认为有 13 岁以下用户提交了数据，请发邮件给我们，我们会立刻删除。

9. 政策变更

实质性变更会通过 waitlist 邮件通知你；本页顶部的"生效日期"是权威版本。

This policy covers only the waitlist page at play.stellatrix.icu. The game itself (rpg-roleplay.stellatrix.icu) will publish its own policy at public beta.

1. What we collect

• Reserve email — the address you submit.
• Submission metadata — timestamp, IP, browser User-Agent, language (zh/en).
• Local preference — your language choice is kept in browser localStorage (key rpg.lang). It stays on your device; the server never sees it.

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels.

2. How we use it

• To send you the public-beta invite once.
• To detect abuse and rate-limit per-IP submissions.
• To count total reservations (aggregate; not identifying anyone).

Lawful basis: your consent expressed by submitting the form, plus our legitimate interest in operating the site.

3. Who sees it

Data lives on our servers in US-East (Cloudflare US-East edge + self-hosted ECS). Third-party processors:

• Cloudflare — CDN / DNS / TLS
• Resend — transactional email at public beta launch

We do not sell your data. We disclose only when legally compelled.

4. Retention

• 90 days after the invite email is sent, we strip raw IP and User-Agent metadata, keeping only the email for "already invited?" lookups.
• If you unsubscribe, the email and all related metadata are removed from production and backups within 30 days.

5. Your rights

• Access / correction / deletion: email [email protected].
• Unsubscribe: use the link in the landing footer or the invite email.
• If GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA apply to you, you have the statutory versions of the rights above.

6. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States. EU/UK submissions are transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Security

TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit; backend storage on a private network with access controls. We take reasonable steps; no internet transmission is ever 100% secure.

8. Children

This service is not aimed at users under 13. If you believe someone under 13 submitted data, email us and we'll remove it promptly.

9. Changes

Material changes will be emailed to the waitlist; the "Effective" date at the top is canonical.
